1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

- Requests are made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on final sale.
- Customized products unless defective or damaged.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
3. Refund Process
- Contact Us: Email support@crownstyle.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Approval: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, production begins, and cancellations may not be possible.
